Customer Service
Tropical Enterprises is a wholesale company and we only sell to clients who retail to the public. Our minimum order is $100 plus shipping.
When ordering an item on the shopping cart make sure you press the update bar after you order your quantity.
We ship by Fed-Ex, UPS or Postal Service. We do not charge handling or shipping fees and the Fed-Ex, UPS or Postal fees charged to you are the actual shipping costs. In our effort to reduce waste we recycle packing material and boxes whenever possible.
Payments
We have an SSL secure site with the strongest and most secure cedit card system. We MANUALLY charge your card after we ship the items in stock and only the amount FedEx or US Post charges us.
We are professional, honest AND considerate. We cherish our clients.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover card over the phone if you feel safer.
Return Policy
We check all the orders before shipping and pack items carefully and tightly to reduce breakage. Please check your order when you receive it and promptly - within a week please let us know if there are any problems. We will then credit your account.

We are SSL certified; (very secure). We are a NY State Corporation that has very strict rules regarding handling of Credit Cards and our financial interactions. Only 2 people (Neil or Nellie) are authorized to take, view and secure verbal or any financial information. Credit card information is NEVER put on a Computer. Only Neil or Nellie procees cards and data is kept in locked paper file. We NEVER use or sell any data for anything past your secure order.
